Kitty is being harassed by the photographer. Why else would it hiss at the camera and not the soap? Also, many kitties like the taste of soap due to the fats present in it, and sometimes the scent is attractive.
My cat likes to sneak into the bathroom and lick the shower or bar soap on the sink.
Yep. Just ask yourself why they'd have their camera out for this moment.
