I didn't realize I was trans until well into my fifties. I was just good at hiding it, even from myself. Doesn't make me less trans. A bit dense maybe, but that just delayed the diagnosis. 😆

   I was on suicide watch and during a breakdown blurting out "I'm living a lie" and blam, the mental wall came down. Not an allowed train of thought. Fifteen years later, I finally got it.
