Not the dictionary definition of lobby, but the colloquial sense where it's a synonym for bribery.
This is marketing. If they really wanted this they would lobby for it, the same way they get all their other interests looked after.
Not every virus is human compatible. I wonder what the actual chances one of these ancient viruses thaws out, encounters a human before the elements degrade it, and then manages to actually infect said human is.

They can present themselves however they like, representing all Judaism is out of their jurisdiction. But I agree, an apartheid state claiming to represent an entire ethno-religious group could potentially inspire hate against that group in people who don't fully consider the situation.
