Wouldn't this rationale be equally applicable to a push up bra? Or really literally any garment that makes you look closer to the ideal of whatever gender you are? Like I bet there are plenty of cis men that would love to smooth their man boobs down so they look more like the ideal image of a man and numerous women that want to push up their little boobies into something that looks more "womanly" isn't that gender affirming care too?
Most decent rice cookers have a time delay option. You load it up with water and rice and set a couple hours of delay and then in the morning you have fresh hot rice.
