As the rare transfem top who has no bottom dysphoria and doesn't plan to lose it ... My spouse and I definitely use it :3

Decided I don't mind it too much and used it.

Then I beheld the glory, morning sunshine like, that is the result of SRS.

Now I don't use it anymore and I can't wait to ~~lose it~~ get it replaced.

It's been difficult for me to find info on it. Do they leave the penis completely intact or do something with it internally? It seems like there wouldn't be a lot of room down there, especially when with an erection.
