Nuh uh, that's Duke Lion.
Just because it's a living skull and radiating green energy doesn't mean it's evil. It's just an Awesome Fucking Skull until you actually learn its deeds and motivations. Only then should you judge.
Come on, it's emitting green energy. It's trying to solve the pollution problem. It probably drives a Nissan Leaf when it's not hovering ominously.
What factors make the skull a Fucking skull?
