Huh, I swear I was always told that America was the only modern Democratic country to still use the death sentence. It's a "fact" that people bring up whenever there is a high-profile death-row case, like right now.

Not to make light of this story - I thought I was clicking on a story about somebody with three arms. Its too early.
I call you evil because you are making apologies for a Government that kills civilians. You have decided to only listen to the words of their public relations officers when determining intent and have ignored the actions and inactions that reveal their actual intentions.
That's the thing. It's called a war crime because it's a crime to commit it during a war. Israel is making the calculation that even if they do kill Gazan citizens it's ok because they got the bad guy too, it's a terrible calculation.

Israel has killed 1% of their population, thats insane! Anyone who says this isn't genocide is an idiot or evil.
