Outside of bottom surgery and FFS? Idk just legs that want to function normally would be nice, also an immune system that works right would be lovely. Being shorter would also help but mainly the two other things, I can live with being taller than I want to be, I just want my body to work right.

For shoes? I recommend any pair of decent basketball shoes really. They tend to have larger sizes while looking pretty nice. Sometimes more pricey but they hold us pretty well, I got a pair of Adidas Superstars that have been going strong for a few years and I got them on a 70% sale.

For underwear I got a few pairs from En Femme for tucking and they’ve lasted me quite a while now and only a few thread ever came loose. They range from 30-35 usd but they work well and again they last a long time.

Yep and it’s why the democratic party is a lost cause, they refuse to go to the left and they openly embrace fascism whenever they can
