Oh, of course! I see it now. It's the bunny one isn't it? What's with all the carrots? What do they need such good eyesight for anyway?
notabot
But when we pulled out the switch, all three of 'em come on.
Also knowing that if the party knew half the puns they would be sick of it
Well, yeah, if they only knew half the puns they wouldn't be funny! It be like calling the character Finn, not giving a surname and wondering why no one laughed.
Sorry, I had to.
I'm assuming the curse kicks in as soon as someone even tries to attune to it, or possibly even touches it. I suppose it's also possible that the curse has nothing to do with the crystal, and is just the DM commenting on the rogue being an idiot.
That's a cool cat.
Yup, it helps to remember that they're 1 of today's lucky 10,000. That said, I do think it's reasonable to say that certain fantasy races might tend to think in certain ways, or have certain opinions, even if only because that's what they're brought up with. It means you can have interesting "ugly duckling" scenarios where one is brought up by a different race and ends up with their outlook instead.
Nevermind spears, they'll be able to operate tin openers!
I like it. We could combine it with @sbv@sh.itjust.work 's blood and skulls suggestion for extra pizzaz.
Do we still get the sparkly, spinny transformation sequences, or is it more of a flash, and instead of the worryingly young protagonist, Mo'Gar Skullcrush stands in front of the wizard Balath, who's been causing problems, reaches forward and squashes him flat with one hand.
Either way, I'd watch it.
The way he's sitting reminds me of the "I don't always ... but when I do I ..." meme.
It can be fun, so long as everyone is in the same mindset, and it's actually played to be fun, rather than the GM taking out their frustrations on the characters, or the group just killing and destroying the world. A long campaign like that would probably lose it's shine, but an occasional one-sort type thing could be a good pallete cleanser.
