I love the literal interpretation! Neighbor footed the ~$300 vet bill and she just told me she thinks it should be "lucky". I'm thinking calling this little shit that only in the neighbors presence. She will be an indoor only cat cause it's a fairly rural area with tons of wildlife that will make her disappear in an instant.
