cis dude i know has the daintiest, high-pitch low volume sneezes. He's a good dad and male role model

we dont choose our traits, but TV/social media sure as fuck has curated a very specific box which we all should 'supposedly' fit in.

Convinient for a certain few who profit from marketing to a particular over-catered-to demographic, no?

Peter Steele may well have been poorly educated or informed about things like catholocism, and some of his lyrics did come off chuddy/misogynist...but ya sure can point to him in these sorts of situations so 🤷‍♀️

Ruck Fussia (at least it's orthodox queerphobic demographic) and embrace the fagginess tho, where and whenever possible 🧙‍♀️

Yuuup. It'd be funny if it weren't so harmful 🙃

And then as an anarchist heathen I've embraced "Many gods, no masters" because pagans in general are a more open minded and far less dogmatic group than atheists are as a group.

May I submit, also: "No Demagogues, No Managers" as a more modern, relevant and actionable version -- Combatting Populism and refusing to be "Just Following Orders", especially those of Fascists.

Womens sports were never about protecting women, full stop. They were sold as such, sure (racist and transphobic moralizing fear campaigns have so often scored political offices).

Women's sports exist to protect (a faceless majority of) men's egos from women's excellence. The fact that FIDE still enforces women's chess is a glaring example.

To "cover all bases" though: When it comes to physiology, it would make so much more sense to have weight classes irregardless of sex or gender identity.

Fact is we have entrenched, wealthy institutions with lots of bastards who refuse to see the humanity of another gender or skin tone other than their own, and until they croak they'll drag out every backwards tradition they can force down our throats.

Me when I'm fast asleep and content with fulfillment from my contribution to the common good.

Ay fr, from a "blue haired gendergrafitti skoldilocks": Your ways may be alien and sometimes even a false positive for me to be on my guard...but I will always distinguish healthy, non-coercive forms of allocishet relationships apart from the Imperial Family model.

I figure that reminder does hurt for next time the topic comes up next to the word colonialism: That you refuse to subordinate and to be subordinated is seen.

"The Harry Porter Universe (not fixing the spelling mistake) is bit of a Bullshit liberal fantasy about jamming magic into a heirarchal modern education institution and perpetuating class and wealth divides via it" -- Loosely paraphrasing a PhilosophyTube vid-essay, and a good final nail in a coffin of one's fandom, if anyone's looking for that sort of thing.

This fun fact is just the...splatter on the uh *checks notes Dementor's cake, i guess =/

Drag yr fckin with the status quo and I love that for drag. We do not need to cling to our comfort zone with regards to social constructs and asserting one's autonomy is never policing others -- regardless of how indignant those who are have become accustomed to policing tran's people's expression may loudly take difference.

Whatever other disagrements we might have, in fighting for freedom from/of gender expression, we fam 🫶

Youth liberation is so key.

Ive seen most all of Andrewisms entries to this.

Indeed, Trans Kids are Deserving of the Choice to avert a puberty they Clearly Do. Not. Want.

Anything else is heirarchal domination and authoritarian violence; and speaking firsthand as a person who got to her late 20's b4 realizing she was in denial: is deeply traumatizing.

The good news is therapy works. The bad news is "To con someone is easy, you need only to pull one over on their intelect. To convince that same person they've been conned is much harder: you have to overcome their ego."
