I mean who is my enemy, my neighbor who's passive aggressive but otherwise we never speak to each other? I dont have enemies unless we're talking most rich people, and they cant all get something thats not what the meme says.
Every player is different, every DM is different. Thats why communication at the top is important, if you want to get heavily in to character and roleplay a detective mystery in the tavern, let your DM know that.
