As with any civil rights movement, there's always a sect of "got mine" people who want to pull up the ladder when they get what they want. So it was when bisexuality was becoming more recognized (yes really, look up forums of gay people saying they wouldn't date someone who was bi), and asexuality, and that's not even touching the gender identity side of things. Now that they feel relatively comfortable, they want all those upstarts to settle down so we can all live in "peace".

I honestly love when our DM makes a roll and just says "... okay". Especially when it happens in response to a seemingly innocuous action.
It feels so backwards, I see people admonishing the younger, more liberal generations for not having children while turning around and bragging that their wife only needed two weeks of maternity leave. Why want more children in the world if you dont want to actually take care of them?
“So, when my daughters were young, all three of them, I would take them with me to school,” she said. “One of them would answer the phone, the other one would help me deliver textbooks, and the other one would help me do something else. So, they grew up there. … They’re just fantastic.”
Is this kinda... weird? I remember liking to help my dad out once in a while with simple tasks since I had to stay with him at work, but I don't know how I'd feel about doing it every day.
Indeed, one need not listen to TERFs and conservatives for very long to see that they happily conflate the two as "men in dresses." (FtM people simply don't exist unless it's someone they liked to jerk off to pre-transition)
