If only the IDF had kept the civilian murders to a more reasonable number, it would have made the US look less bad.

Shardikprime, the uploader, is clearly involved in some sort of hasbara propaganda operation. They've uploaded over a dozen of various articles like this just today to this instance.
Essentially likely hasbara pushing Israelis have been making fake accounts across social media pretending to be Tamimi (there's dozens of them, making it blatantly obvious) and using those accounts to say heinous things.
Now, the IDF has arrested her for something one of those fake accounts said. An excuse they purposefully manufactured.
An Associated Press reporter at a nearby hospital saw eight dead children, including a baby, who were brought in after the strike. A surviving child was led down the corridor, her clothes caked in dust, an expression of shock on her face.
In before IDF defenders claim the numbers are lies.

The IDF is claiming one of the ambulances had Hamas in it. I'm not joking or being sarcastic, that's their official defense for blowing up a bunch of ambulances carrying medical personnel and hospital patients.
That certainly makes Lebanon look better than Israel on the subject.
So, they have no actual evidence they killed the guy.
And the move south rhetoric is clearly irrelevant, since if there are any Hamas people in the south, they'll bomb the civilians there anyways. So why does the location matter?
In short, HonestReporting lied. They have no evidence that the reporters had anything to do with Hamas other than being there when the event happened.
Of course, the group admits to this only after the Israeli government has stated that it's adding those reporters to the "to be killed" list as being the same as Hamas terrorists.
