How so? This probably doesn't apply to me, because I do not live in a country where carpet is used at all (even in the coldest regions), but I'd like to learn why out of curiosity (and just in case I end up moving to somewhere where they're common).

I have a cat who loves to shove herself into the drawer whenever I leave it just slightly creased - the wardrobe is behind me to the right so I don't notice it and then 10 minutes later mom is frantically searching for her ass cause she likes to run away from the apartment, and it always turns out that little shit is in the drawer.
