I wish it was a joke.. I'd look it up, but that's going to be a bad impact on my Google algorithm.
The first glance at the baby elephant in the dress/blanket made me remember the news story about the village (Malaysia?) that kept a shaved baboon as the town prostitute, and now I'm starting to think this whole "internet" thing may be a bad idea.

ANY system/object will be used by the masses in unintended ways. From guns to vehicles to computers and software to legal matters and the law to education.... It doesn't matter what a system/object is designed to do, all that matters is what it ALLOWS someone to do. And, because humanity is filled with horrible people, everything will always eventually be twisted into an example of the worst of the worst.
In nearly half a century on this planet, I've been seeing this same war going on. Sometimes blatantly, like now, and sometimes through terrorist attacks coming from either side. AFAIC, they can fight until they glass the entire region and none of them are left. There will never be a solution as long as religion exists in the world.
