Also they won't be your friend in the sense of cuddles, but they will sit nearby and slow blink at you if you do it first.

Pspsps is like how a cartoon calls a cat, from my American perspective. As a kid we called cats with a tsktsk sound, clicking tongue against the roof of the mouth behind the front top teeth, as you say. But I hear people use pspsps more now irl so it bled into reality.

Absolutely adorable! I know a cat that's mostly white but his tail is all stripy. So I always ask him who'd he switch tails with and wiggle his tail about.
