You know I like my characters when they show up as "I don't have a backstory" and you get so invested in them that they end up with "I have, like, seven characters with full sheets who are all linked to this character, and a whole culture to their site of origin."

Wait, wouldn't it make sense to figure out a riddle with Intelligence? And for Dexterity to be Physical + Finesse?
High intelligence low wisdom turns you into an unskippable cutscene of deep exposition.
Our group has done this. Shot our paladin at a dragon to try to wrestle the wretched wyrm to the ground.
The wrestling part was not very effective, but we did manage to fell the beast, so we had that going for us.

P.S. the cleric is still around and kicking ass, I just did the backup characters for the lulz and for building up his background.
Invert it for when the party that's a Cleric, an Artificer and two Druids gets expanded with a Barbarian π
