Long term it may create issues where houses aren't built because investors don't want them, but at the same time more families would build for themselves.

My viewpoint is the increase in isolationist policies with the current trend towards resource and food shortages - look after their own so to speak. Can be easily countered with the argument that they always were isolationist anyway.
