Yeah not the most aesthetically pleasing, for sure, however it has its good sides, just like Swahili.
It's main point is to confuse English speakers who try to learn German and to provoke the German extreme right by using guttural sounds that are only common in Hebrew.
However we're the most prolific communicators in foreign languages because of our communal minority complex, so we've got that going for us.

Honestly, when I was younger killing off all of mankind was a sinister bond villain type of deal, over the top, ridiculous and something that everyone would disagree with.
The older I get the less ridiculous the idea sounds. I mean I would not pursue it not really condone it, yet I do think there's a fundamental problem with humanity that will probably never solve itself.
