I would actually love to know what the most policed communities are. I’m sure a place like Xinjiang is off the charts and it’s probably impossible to get reliable numbers. Plus, every nation’s capital city probably has a ton of police who aren’t actually policing that city.

It would be interesting data, though. Is Tehran or Tokyo more policed? I assume Tehran but I’m not sure how to prove or disprove my assumption.
