No it just means fart. We farters listen to the holy voices of our farts and their divine guidance to a better world.
Farts don’t recognize the sovereignty of bathroom stalls.
That second toilet is making me irrationally upset.
I mean I hear in the USA the stalls walls are just tall enough to not see the ass of the next person

Nah. Most of them are plenty tall for the average person. The problem with American stalls is that there are always large cracks in the door that you can see though in case of a fire or other emergency. You can see people walk by while pooping and someone could theoretically look through the crack to watch you poop.
