Doesn't really give context beyond that. Just "fish". I don't even know if thats a noun or a verb. Is he telling us to start fishing? Is he saying he wants fish? Is he saying he wants fish to become important to the national culture? I don't know. He didn't say chips either.

What? No! Laser pointers are TERRIBLE for cats!

They get frustrated that they can't actually physically catch the dot. So it's kind of like PTSD mixed with a non-sexual version of tease and denial.

Just land the dot on a soft toy that you put down when they aren’t looking. They get the best of both worlds.
