Yeah, this is my cat's fight-play stance. Because he knows we can't resist the urge to come over and give him some light head and face strokes when he's laying like this. And at that point he's like "ALRIGHT! IT'S FUCKING ON!" And he starts grabbing the hand with his paws and mouth.
Would 100% risk grievous bodily harm to pet the belly.
When my cat does this it means "I feel safe around you but don't you fucking dare and touch me"
