It is an HD version of the shocked pikachu meme. Pikachu is a pokémon with a mostly yellow body, they have two red cheeks and brown eyes, with a little brown nose, as well as brown tips on the top of their ears. Pikachu has their mouth open, looking shocked, inside their mouth is pink, outlined by brown. Behind them is, presumably, their trainer wearing brown pants.
