I made something similar so my mom buys me Half-Life 2 as I wasn't 18 years old (with scientific studies that playing video games is beneficial and stuff), didn't work so my friend's mom bought it for me.

Pretty close to how my wife convinced me to get our second cat. Like a week of guilting me and talking about how this cat she met at the cat store was so adorable and was the runt and in this small cage all by herself all day every day and how nobody would come get her and blah blah blah

So now we have two cats when the amount I originally wanted was zero and that is the exact face I make every day when the cat is rolling around on my lap when I’m trying to watch tv.

I hate cats. Every year when my neighbor snowbirds for three months I take her two monsters in. At night I would line up about forty empty plastic soda bottles on the table, counter and shelves. Every morning, they were all on the floor. It was our thing. I also like to watch TV on the floor and one of them would always climb onto my chest, nose to nose. Okay, I secretly enjoyed them but I'd never admit that. Never.

Cats are drawn to people who don't want to be around them.

Same thing happened to me my kid begged me for a cat made pics wrote notes at school. I was like I cant I'm allergic but at some point my friends asked me to take their cat for a while while they moved. Well they called two days later to say he was mine forever. I found hypo allergenic food. Fast forward if I leave the house for a while he won't leave my side as if hea mad I left. He is an absolute spazzy joy. I love him so much. Hes 14 and derpy af
