Uhm, drooling and different pupil sizes is quite scary.

I'm not a vet but if I saw that on a human I'd probably check for signs of a stroke.

It's just as bad a symptom in cats. It usually signifies a brain injury. If it doesn't clear up within a few minutes you should definitely contact a vet

The different pupil sizes is usually indicative of brain injury, if you haven't already maybe get that checked out. It can be just an eye abnormality (rare) but it's usually not a great sign....

A lot of cats that purr like it's their national anthem drool while they do so. More so with older cats.
