Chaotic Stupid is what happens when you play a low intelligence character that, through their stupidity, causes tons of chaos.
Lawful Stupid is just playing Inspector Javert from Les Miserables.
That's a political stance not an alignment! (I have no idea if this is a reference to anything)
It's a reference to everyone else saying the same thing, which is good enough for me.
Some of the most tragic scene I can remember from movies or books are from characters I would say are chaotically stupid. Their personality is a burden for them as well as for anyone who comes across them.
Counterpoint:
Wait a minute, chaotic stupid? That's more of a political stance than an alignment, isn't it?
That counts as chaotic good.
