Schools stalking their students' social media profiles is actually just fucked up in the first place. Before social media, they had no way to invade a kid's life outside of school this way. And the fact that it happens now without much of a fuss is alarming. Humankind really is just sleepwalking into fascism.

Schools stalking their students' social media profiles is actually just fucked up in the first place. Before social media, they had no way to invade a kid's life outside of school this way.

This isn't the first time and it was way more sinister even without social media, but by virtue of having hardware devices alone. There was a school that provided free laptops to school children. But it turned out that the school spy on kids and tell on their parents what they are doing.
