If you need a bit of substitute parenting try !dadforaminute@lemmy.world I've found them great for moments when you need a parent but don't have one to go to. They're really lgbt inclusive 😊

I hear you Syl, it's really hard and you deserve better. My parents don't support me either, that's why I post in dadforaminute for parenting. We all have your back
