The cat is laying in the hammock, which is suspended from the radiator to the right. You are viewing down to the floor. Wall to the right with radiator. Bottom if image is a box of LEGO you are looking into. Not sure about the green cushion-looking thing.

But what Lego set is in the box?
Yes.
It's from above and he has an ottoman pushed underneath with cushions on. The hammock is suspended but he was a bit unsure at first so it helped him to get up.
I think green is down with his head being in the lower left of the image.
