Back in my day, the anti-snitch law was "Snitches get stitches"

My comment sounds flippant, but I actually think this law is a good thing. Teachers shouldn't be forced to disclose shit to parents: particularly not in this political climate and especially not regarding something that could make the child a victim of reprisal over something as benign their identity
