A bunch of crows is called a ~~gang~~ iirc, is there a term for multiple cats jumping out at you?
Update: damn I learned a lot from you guys with the google and whatnot.
According to this random website (just one of the first results on Ecosia): "While clowder is the most common collective noun for cats, a group of cats is also called a cluster, litter (kittens of the same mother), destruction (wild cats), or nuisance."
First time I've heard any of those apart from litter, personally. There's also a pride of lions.
feral cats are a colony, too.
