The average housecat can run 20 to 25 miles per hour. So unless the rugby team has an elite sprinter, it's likely that nobody there can match its speed. (And even if they could, good luck picking up a cat while you're sprinting at your very top speed.)

I'm guessing no rugby player has ever been as fast as 2009 Usain Bolt, let alone over 2 mph faster..
