According to Google Lens, it's called a York Chocolate cat which makes it even more adorable lol, dunno if it's male or female but either way it's a good friendly cat, always comes up to me even when I'm a few feet away from it.

He is cuddling, but he acts like a dog. He will try to get into our food. And wants to drink whatever we are drinking.
