What do you feed yours?

In every country there are several mobile service providers. And with current EU regulations no mobile provider can charge extra for traveling within EU. Mobile providers in my country are definitely more expensive that average European mobile plan. I was wondering, can I downgrade my current plan to only keep my current phone number and purchase a plan from a cheaper mobile provider in another EU country with unlimited data and just use roaming all the time since I'm in EU? What are your thoughts? Do you know about a cheap mobile data plan?

The Arkansas Supreme Court recently reinstated a ban on using a nonbinary gender designation on state ID cards. A lower court had previously blocked a rule barring the use of “X” as an option for gender, but now the ban is back in effect. Opponents have attacked the rule as “erasing” trans and nonbinary people.

Arkansas governor Sarah Sanders has been leading a similar charge throughout the state bureaucracy. Early in her term, she issued executive orders banning the use of “woke” terms like “LatinX,” “pregnant people,” and “birth giver.” Sanders herself admitted that the actual use of these terms was almost nonexistent—able only to cite a single state Health Department example for using language like “human milk.”

Hi! I've been using gel for several months, but a few weeks ago I made the change to injections. Each injection has resulted in some pains in random areas in my left leg, but mostly concentrated in the muscles below the knee. I also started waking up with muscle spasms in the same leg, which is something I used to have before puberty. The pain mostly subsides after a day or two.

I suspect the issue is vasodilation which I understand is more common in women than men because estrogen dilates the blood vessels, but I wanted to hear other peoples thoughts.

Wearing overknee socks (to compress) helps, as does ice and exercise/movement, which I think is in favour of this being vasodilation.

I will be bringing this up with a doctor in a couple of weeks, but I'm afraid he won't be able to help much or have someone to refer me to as competence regarding trans stuff is pretty low here in Norway (also I'm diy).

I would like to know as much as possible about what this could be so I have something to present to him.
