Saw this on Reddit. Wondering what people think about it here.

I was surprised there was no mention of it here. This announcement comes from the Dungeon World+ Discord.

For some context, Luke Crane is most well known as the designer of the Burning Wheel rpg, and used to work at Kickstarter as VP of Community (and some controversies with it).

He also bought it alongside someone else, who seems to be a friend of Luke and coworker at kickstarter.

There's now a 2e channel/thread in the Dungeon World+ Discord where he's answering questions.

Any people familiar with Dungeon World here?

Saint Jerome as the Representation of Melancholy - Farrukh Beg (1615)

Farrukh Beg (Persian: فرخ بیگ; c. 1547 – after 1615), also known as Farrukh Husayn, was a Persian miniature painter, who spent a bulk of his career in Safavid Iran and Mughal India, praised by Mughal Emperor Jahangir as "unrivaled in the age."

So because getting to see the GIC is seemingly impossible, we are currently being prescribed three things by gender G.P (who have become decreasingly helpful over time):

  • Finasteride (started 2-ish years ago)
  • Estrogen patches (started 2-ish years ago)
  • Progesterone (started a year in)

Current prescription states:

  • Finasteride - 5mg taken in the morning, once daily
  • Estrogen patches - 150mcg released over 24 hours, changed twice weekly.
  • Progesterone suppository - 200mg taken once daily in the evening

We were watching a video debunking sci-show's video about HRT and it said that finasteride is a not an AA and effectively only stops hair loss (which we don't think we had before starting).

We have some problems as our chest seems to have either stopped developing or ran into problems and seems to have developed tubular breasts syndrome (they're an okay size but a bit triangular and don't look quite 'right' to us) but we aren't sure if this is because we did something wrong or not?

So our questions are:

  • Should we stop our current regimen of finasteride?
  • Did we start taking progesterone too early?
  • Will our chest continue to grow and work its way out of this shape/problem?

I've created this multi-level battlemap for a recent intermission campaign with some mystery and intrigue. You can get it all as pay what you want over on ko-fi and use it in your own campaigns. If you do get around to doing that, do let me know what you think!

Right now, Callisto Protocol is available for free on the epic games store.

Looking at their marketing, it reminds me a lot of Dead Space. Starting from the immersive UI with the health bar on the players suit, to that sign in the trailer that tells me to shoot the limbs of the enemies. And I mean, the enemies don't look that different, basically some kind of aggressive infected zombie thingies. And then, the whole setting seems so similar: a space outpost being overrun by some kind of zombie virus.

Did anyone here play both Dead Space and Callisto Protocol? Did you find them very similar?
