From 9/11, to the London bombings, to drone strikes, to the ukraine war, to the gaza situation, to eeeeeeverything trump has ever said, to the covid response globally, to anything else I may have missed.

I stopped watching the news years ago, and block most news communities on all.

I am noticeably happier for it, not like you can do shit about pretty much any news anyways.

Being human. I'd like to point out that a lot of frankly incredibly fucked up things happened before '00 too – in general, modern times are actually much less what the fuck than any point in human history, but human nature is still human nature.

Not saying that everything is fine, just that the root cause of all this bullshit is us. We're the what the fuck.
