If Diviner Wizards could force reroll on the random encounter table, it would be the most powerful class in the game.

One of our players ran a gnome Diviner with the Lucky feat, letting him reroll a bunch of times per day. He claimed to have invented a new school of magic, retconjuration.

Yeah, I'm not sure where the "drug problem" came about. I've only seen mention of the ban stemming from being a lying shitheel & a creep.
