Why is it the Midwest can be so good about electing governors, and so bad about electing congressmen and senators?

Honestly, I think people like Governor Tony's vibe but some unfortunately didn't want to elect a Black senator and swung the vote right last time around.

Which is a shame, because Mandela Barnes would have been an amazing senator.

Governor = can't gerrymander

Congressman = can fucking gerrymander and fuck with districts.

Look at north Carolina
