I really hope this is no way a reprisal for this Irish man talking openly about the loss of his family and his two children (1 and 4) who are still trapped in Gaza

It could be reprisal for general Irish policy towards Israel. Irish has opposed Israel since before its formation, denouncing it as another Partition of Ireland, for context.

Interesting that it's the Irish out of all people. For context, the Irish are Palestine's biggest (well, only) supporter in the developed West.
