Better help sucks. They use inexperienced nurses from the south with thick accents that read from a three ring binder.

Hey, please don't insult people for being from the south or having southern accents. There are some pretty great things and people from the American south, myself included. And please remember that trans people are also a group that is often discriminated against for the way we talk.
