trump said that he can end the war in 24 hours. The only way to stop it in such a short time is to force Ukraine to surrender and hand it over to Russia.

Care to elaborate?

Because they built them first.

I prefer the US using them and then realizing it is too powerful than Nazis using it to conquer the rest of the world.

Like anyone would be interested in that shit hole.

Nuclear weapons work best if you don't use them as a threat every other week.

That's why they are expelling him. He will be painted as a Ukrainian spy who infiltrated their Orthodox Church.

Since this is Russia, being "expelled from holy orders" is probably the least of his worries.

I still hope he can avoid other consequences.

What I find depressing is that most of the Arab world thinks so, but the majority of people from Gaza don't.

It clearly shows that Arabs don't care about fellow Palestinians suffering, and the only thing that matters is that they fucked up lives of some Jews.

Between Biden and Netanyahu isn't all that rosy: https://www.cnn.com/2023/12/12/politics/biden-israel-losing-support-netanyahu/index.html

And it didn't start just after the terrorist attack, and it isn't just Biden, remember that Bibi went all in for trump.

You mean in theocracies? I don't think they allow gay marriages anyway.

[–] takeda@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

They are not legally binding. You need a separate civil marriage.

In the US, a religious figure often has a proper certification and can also provide civil marriage (to streamline the process) or you can have it done separately.

In other countries you actually need to have two ceremonies (typically done on the same day).
