Furries have officially gone high fashion.

Meanwhile, Hyena Agenda sez: "ㅋㅋㅋ welcome to these streets"

I saw a video on YouTube with some techniques on how to not core your vile. I started doing this and haven’t had problems since.

If I recall correctly, it involves going in at a pretty steep angle, something like 30° off perpendicular to the membrane. Put the attack point of the needle (bevel facing up) right on the existing hole of the membrane and push the needle down slightly to try to reopen that same hole, then slide the needle into it. Once the tip is thru the membrane, you can angle the needle straight in.

This is the way, including the baggies so you can assemble a bunch of kits with everything you need for one dose. We use 18G to draw and 22G to inject.

Needle length depends on where you're injecting and how far you need to reach to hit muscle (ie: how big yo ass is).

Keep time-of-day in mind as well. If you normally take your dose on Sunday evenings, your appointment for sample collection (ie: blood draw) should be on a Thursday morning.

The range that a typical transgender woman should be aiming for is 100 - 200 pg/mL. 333 pg/mL is above that range.

That said, there's lots of reasons it could be high. People who take their HRT doses weekly can see swings on the high end early in the week and on the low end late in the week. That's why doctor's should be telling you that it's really important to have your blood tests done right in the middle of your dosage schedule.

As always, consult your physician if you have questions. And if you think they're bullshitting you, get a second opinion.

A lot depends on what country you're in these days. In the US, Hoka makes terrific walking and running shoes. That said, since doing daily walks and runs, I've come to realize that walking/running shoes don't last as long as you might expect - only 500 miles or so. I was going about 6 miles every day, so I was astonished to see how quickly the shoes were wearing out, only to realize that it was just me beating them up extra hard. :)

As for underwear, TomBoyX, all day long. However, when it comes to working out, I've gotten away from wearing leggings (which I can rarely get to fit correctly around my butt and gut) and just use a bodysuit / leotard with a workout top. Best decision ever.

From TFA...

“I agree with the concerns expressed by parents and players that we have to take into account biological factors such as muscle mass and unfair student athletic advantage when we determine who plays on which teams, especially in contact sports,” Harris reportedly wrote. “With goodwill and common sense, I believe we can come up with ways to do this, without vilifying and demonizing children.”

Crucially, many athletic organizations’ policies already contained rules to mitigate such “biological factors,” usually by requiring trans athletes to complete a certain number of years of hormone therapy. Some of those policies have been rolled back or eliminated in favor of strict binary classifications based on “biological sex,” amid the ongoing conservative anti-trans backlash. Last year, a study funded in part by the International Olympic Committee found that trans women may actually face notable disadvantages compared to cisgender women in athletic competitions after taking hormones.

Still, some Democrats have ceded ground on trans-inclusive sports in the wake of the 2024 election. In March, California Gov. Gavin Newsom told the late far-right pundit Charlie Kirk he agreed that trans girls playing high school sports was “deeply unfair.” Last month, Pete Buttigieg — reportedly Harris’ first pick for running mate in 2024 — followed suit, calling for Democrats to “take those questions [about fairness] seriously and face those together” in a podcast appearance.

Nuanced takes from Harris and Mayor Pete. Careful, thoughtful ideas that are functionally red meat for Republican bullies to tear apart and feed to their base.

Our health care is being denied, our livelihoods are being taken away and our lives are increasingly in danger. It's not too much to expect the politicans (supposedly) on my side to have some more fucking fight in their rhetoric.

People naturally want the world to make sense.

Some folks find it more natural to ostracize those who don't fit within their worldview rather than updating their worldview to accommodate new information.
