They did and you're being unnecessarily rude.
There are scientifically more than two sexes. Something like 1-2% of all people are intersex.

I'm not saying not to use bras, but if nips are the concern, another option is pasties which just go over the nipples. I think that's what they're called. You also might find them more comfortable if you don't need the support a bra provides. Or you might just find them weird. Worth a look, anyway.
If she were sincere, which she is very clearly not, I would mostly agree with the words coming out of her mouth. But all that's just generic deflection. And she isn't sincere, anyway.
If you want a big, muscled butt, what you want to do is deadlift. Extremely effective. But make sure you learn to do it with correct posture at relatively low weight or you can easily hurt yourself.
