Christmas has been invading their neighbors for decades. It has become clear that the mad tyrant S. Claus and his slave labor force will not stop until they control everything.

The War on Christmas must turn hot (to melt the snow)

If you're not cis you're trans, including genderfluids.

Generally speaking a god shape shifting at will and expressing themselves on their vibes alone isn't just not cis, they're the ultimate expression of transgenderism.

You also probably shouldn't assume that god's default gender is male in the first place tbqh

One of my mom's cats figured out how to open doors. The other can't quite figure out how to meow (that might be inbreeding or abuse at the breeder though)

On Lemmy we just point out his very troubling social media presence.

Clerics don't have to be good aligned...

It keeps blowing my mind when I learn that other languages haven't obfuscated the meanings of names behind two thousand years of linguistic divergence.

Your name almost certainly means something basic too, you just don't remember what it is.

The drow one is just straight up PTSD from being a Drow, that's a solid character basis.

Hero might be the wrong word except in the traditional sense of demigod. There's an implicit positive moral judgement in the term that being a monarch has very little to do with.

I'd also argue that it's more that monarchy by its own self justification is based on the idea that the king protects, and therefore effectively owns, his subjects. A king might do that by effective governance however. If they can't do it personally they'd need the loyalty of a champion, for example.

There definitely should be some spells that work like that tbh, it's a classical trope of curse magic.
