We've had the same issue in France. During the pandemic health professionals were hailed as heroes, deservedly so. But once it was over, they started asking for better conditions, and more money towards public health infrastructure. They got shut down and belittled pretty quickly.
I read that Perovskite is actually that amazing and it works the way it should (highly efficient in converting sunlight to electricity) but it's not resilient against the elements, mostly air and water combined.
So if they find a way to protect the cells without altering their properties too much it will be a game changer.
Well, if you're wearing socks you'll do it just once. She hates socks like they killed her parents, and she will rip you to shreds. If you're barefoot she'll just move.
