Thanks so much for the excellent image description! Sadly most folks only put it in the alt text here which on most front ends only works for screen readers, and thus those that don't need screen readers but need the image description for other reasons are often left out.

We applaud your efforts and hope it continues!

That being said we still do not have any idea what this means, but thank you all the same :)

Both are medications containing estrogen

Premarin uses estrogens derived from pregnant mare urine (hence the name).

Premarin isn't really used now a days since estradiol (the blue one) is bioidentical to what is in humans and generally a better choice.
